Court of King’s (or Queen’s) Bench in Ireland
Court of King’s (or Queen’s) Bench in Ireland 〈英〉爱尔兰王座法庭 源于爱尔兰首席政法官〔justiciar〕所主持的法庭，原为由后者主持的巡回法庭，管辖范围包括刑事、土地占有和其它一些民事方面的案件。1290年任命了一名法官处理原来管辖的那些案件，1324年又任命了一名首席法官，1391年遂成为王座法庭，1655年称之为上座法庭〔Upper Bench〕，复辟后又恢复原名，1877年成为爱尔兰高等法院的王座分庭，后来于爱尔兰和北爱尔兰的法院分立之时消失。
